Ghai’s musical birthday

Subhash Ghai released the music of his latest film Black and White on the occasion of his birthday, January 24, at his film school, Whistling Woods International, in Mumbai. The music of the film was formally released by Gulzar and A R Rahman. The cast and crew of Black and White including Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Akash Khurana, and Sukhvinder, were present to wish the showman on his birthday. Speaking on the occasion, Ghai said, “Making this movie was new to me at various levels. This was one of the reasons why the music of the film was rather difficult to score. Another reason was that the music of this film has been used primarily in the background rather than in song and dance numbers.”
The film is slated for release on March 7th 2008.
