Despite being a veteran actor, there are times when emotions can get the better of ones self. This is what clearly happened to actor Anil Kapoor on the sets of Black & White, directed by Subhash Ghai. During the rehersal for one of the scenes for the film, the actor is believed to have  broken down and started crying.

It seems that during a cloudy day in Delhi, the shooting for Black & White was progressing smoothly opposite the Red Fort. Suddenly during one of the principal scenes, Anil, while rehersing his dialogues, suddenly broke down and started crying.  Later it was learnt that one of the dialogues written by Ghai for that scene were so close to something from his past, that it awoke old memories and made him very emotional. In fact, the actor got so emotional that he found it difficult to control himself and ended up breaking down completely. The entire cast and crew were stunned. They could not understand what triggered off such an extreme reaction from the actor. The showman then took the actor aside and spoke to him for a while and helped him to calm down before the shooting could resume.
