The library of the academy of motion picture and science has asked Subhash Ghai for his screenplay of Yuvvraaj for the permanent core collection which is made for filmmakers, writers. Actors and students worldwide for their research work.

The merits of this selection is not based on box office pefrformance of the film but mainly on the the artistic merits, original screenplay with a substance and the film as a whole. Like in early years.. Previous hindi films which were invited were Laggan.,Eklavya, Taare Zameen Par, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, Paheli an so on.

The screenplay of yuvvraaj has been jointly written by Subhash Ghai Kamlesh Pandey and Sachin Bhowmick on the story dialogue by subhash ghai with actors Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Zayed Khan . A R Rahman provides the music on the lyrics written by Gulzar.
