Bollywood showman entertains Modern High,

Bollywood Showman Subhash Ghai made an appearance at the Dubai Modern High School yesterday afternoon. In town for the Dubai International Film Festival, he spent time at the school watching a play put up by students and then answering their queries.

The play that the students put up highlighted the futility of concentrating energies of the trivial things in life, while ignoring important issues. A very impressed Ghai, applauding the show, said that this performance took him back to his own school days when he used to go on stage.

Speaking to an attentive audience later, he said that each and everyone is born creative. He told the students how to bring out the best in themselves and exhorted them to look inwards an discover themselves. He said, “Discovery is a continuous lifelong process.” He illustrated this by talking about his own life has taken actor to writer to director to producer.
