Mukta Arts Ltd Enters Into An Agreement With Red Carpet Films

Mukta Arts Ltd has entered into an agreement to buy 50.1 % shares in 'Red Carpet Films Pvt. Ltd.' . Red Carpet Films is a content production house promoted by Manish Goswami, the renowned television producer of 28 hindi serials with 3000 hrs of content across all channels so far.
With the Mukta Arts Ltd stakehold, now Red Carpet will venture into movie production as well aiming to produce four films a year from Jan 2008 and various television software and telefilms etc. under 'Red Carpet Pvt. Ltd.'. There are plans set for the coming 5 years in hand.
This will be the first venture of Mukta Arts Ltd into the foray of television programming, telefilms and moderate budget films. Agreement between Mukta Arts Ltd and Red Carpet was initiated on 24th Oct 07 on the 29th anniversary year of Mukta Arts Ltd
