Synopsis:
Manav (Akshaye Khanna), the young and brilliant son of an NRI billionaire (Amrish Puri) comes to Chamba (Himachal Pradesh) and finds him self totally bewitched by the beauty of Mansi (Ashwarya Rai), a gifted folk singer and dancer of Chamba. Manav and Mansi fall in love and commit themselves to each other, but when Mansi and her highly respected folk singer / father Tarababu (Aolknath) visit Manav’s family in Mumbai,l they are insulted and humiliated. Disillusioned Mansi takes a vow that she will make something of her self in Manav’s world of ruthless materialism. With this in mind. Mansi joins Vikrant (Anil Kapoor), a music composer and head of an Entertainment company. And also Mansi, Manav and Vikrant find themselves in this intriguing situation- DON’T FALL IN LOVE... RISE IN LOVE!!
